Do you offer refunds?

  • You may return an item for a refund if your purchase was made within the last 30 days.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in resellable condition.
  • To initiate a return, please submit the return request via SHOP at: RHYLE SHOP REFUND REQUEST

Are returns free?

In order to offer free shipping on all orders, returns have a return label cost of $5.
This cost will be deducted automatically from the refund.

This will be detailed on the return request confirmation.

Alternatively, you may arrange your own shipping at your expense. We recommend using a traceable method since Rhyle Swim cannot be liable for undelivered returns.

I missed the 30 day refund window, can I still make an exchange or store credit?

Returning Within 45 Days (Store Credit or Exchange)

  • Purchases made within 45 days are eligible for a store credit or exchange.
  • Again, items must be unworn, unused, and in resellable condition.
  • A valid RA request is still required.
